During the darkest days of World War II, the English mathematical genius and logician Alan Turing tries to crack the German Enigma code with help from fellow mathematicians while attempting to come to terms with his troubled private life.

Based on the real life story of legendary cryptanalyst Alan Turing. The film portrays the nail-biting race against time by Turing and his brilliant team of code-breakers at Britain's top-secret Government Code and Cypher School at Bletchley Park. Their work also leads to creation of the computer, and forces the team to grapple with the moral implications of keeping their discovery secret.
